We aim to dispatch goods the same or at latest, the next business day subject to stock availability and payment clearance. Delivery will be by Royal Mail Tracked 48 post.

Returns & Cancellations Policy

 

If an order needs to be cancelled, please contact us at sales@ukcoffeepods.org immediately. If we are unable to fulfill an order we will contact you with an alternative or you may request to cancel the order. Orders not received by any customer must be notified to UKCoffeepods.org within 14 days of the customer placing the order. You may cancel your order within 7 days from the day after you receive the goods by notifying us by email or in writing. UKCoffeepods.org will not refund the cost of transport and the customer bears the cost of transport back to UKCoffeepods.org. This returns policy does not affect you, the consumer's legal rights.
