We aim to dispatch goods the same or at latest, the next business day subject to stock availability and payment clearance. Delivery will be by Royal Mail First Class post (1-2 business days) for orders of less than 100 coffee pods and by MyHermes tracked online courier service (3 days) for orders of 100 coffee pods and above. MyHermes couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel over 3 days (incl Saturday) and will make every effort to leave your order in a safe place (eg greenhouse, shed, named place etc, delivery instructions being very useful) or with a neighbour, so there will be no requirement to collect. A notification card will always be left.
Please notify us of any delays within 3 days of these timescales.

If an order needs to be cancelled please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. If we are unable to fulfill an order we will contact you with an alternative or you may request to cancel the order. Orders not received by any customer must be notified to UKCoffeepods.org within 14 days of the customer placing the order. You may cancel your order within 7 days from the day after you receive the goods by notifying us by email or in writing. UKCoffeepods.org will not refund the cost of transport and the customer bears the cost of transport back to UKCoffeepods.org. This returns policy does not affect you, the consumer's legal rights.
